This was an amazing show.  We hadn’t seen that many suit-wearing label goons since Interpol played the Bowery in 2007.  Evidently, Victoria Hesketh is going to save Atlantic by being a mini-Goldfrapp fluent in Moroder.  It could happen.  Cindy and I danced our collective behind off, and if we stretch the truth, we can say we partied with Sean Paul.  Evidently, he was there — somewhere — and Miss Hesketh was really, really excited about it.  Seriously, this show was awesome.  Hearts Revolution were good too.  A good room and clean sound are all the difference in the world between a memorable experience and something craptacular.  The more I go to Le Poisson Rouge, the more it sort of becomes my favorite venue.
